My dynamic vinyasa classes are for anyone who loves to move, clear their mind and surrender to the flow of movement and breath. My classes are donation based and so affordable for everyone.

In this class, powerful asanas are accompanied by flowing movements. Breathing is the center of the practice, encouraging movement to be deeply connected to the breath. Consciously connecting the breath to the movement, and the flow to the beat of the music, will help you let go and strengthen your awareness.
